An am-cor™ structure is an easy, safe, and affordable solution for an owner-builder. am-cor inc. provides assistance from design conception to shell completion, ensuring that your structure will be beautiful, disaster resistant, sustainable, durable, and environmentally friendly. The am-cor™ PANEL PAK is recommended for owner-builder projects, as it enables quick assembly by a small crew with minimal experience in steel frame construction. The am-cor™ PANEL PAK makes things easy for you: we provide sealed drawings of your structural frame for submission for building permit and coordination with your local code authority to get approval; wall panels are preassembled in the factory, so no tedious onsite framing is needed; panels, fasteners, amcorite™ and all other materials are packed, labeled, and keyed to the illustrated FIELD MANUAL, which provides assembly information for all parts of the PAK. Additionally, a knowledgeable FIELD REPRESENTATIVE provides initial builder crew instruction and can answer your questions. am-cor™ steel panels are lightweight and are fastened together rapidly using power screw guns; a small crew can erect a medium size house in a week. (Note: speedy construction requires all site preparation to be in place beforehand)
