Please contact us to get started on pricing, ordering, and shipping your PAK.

PRICING

The owner or builder needs to need to provide an email or mailing containing:

• your contact information
  
• general project overview
  
• number of units, estimated construction date
  
• dimensioned sketches or drawings
  
• other pertinent site information
  
• applicable OPTIONS or environmental or green material concerns
  

Price quotes can be expected two weeks after notification that we have received your data.

CONSTRUCTION

In order to construct a PAK, the owner or builder needs to provide:

• Services
  
  • zoning and building permits
    
  • offload and panel staging area
    
  • power supply battery screw guns
    
  • construction tools and equipment
    
  • insurances
    
  • offload and construction labor
    
  • site supervision and project management
    
• Materials
  
  • reinforced concrete foundation
    
  • reinforced concrete ground floor slab
    
  • cement, sand & water for ferrocement mixtures
    
  • roofing, gutters, and downspouts as needed, sealants, and subgrade foundation coating
    
  • door hardware & interior doors
    
  • insulation
    
  • wood decking per design, such as floor or roof deck where shingles are used
    
  • wood blocking
    
  • drywall and fasteners
    
  • service installations
    

The am-cor PAK provides everything need to construct an am-cor™ shell; see PAK INFO for details. The items listed are not part of the am-cor™ shell but are necessary for a complete building shell.
