Returns from the am-cor™ system result from a number of factors, including the fact that services can be installed quickly through punched studs and frame members, integral fire partitions and shear walls reduce time and cost, the attractive fire resistant non-plastic exterior stucco coats provide attractive durability for upmarket appeal, am-cor™ steel frame retaining and foundation walls provide quick foundation and subgrade construction ready for insulation, services, and drywall. Also, am-cor™ commercial walls are steel frame cavity construction, so furring is not required for services, insulation and interiors. The am-cor™ system is faster and less expensive that unit masonry, and am-cor inc. provides structural packages from top of footer to roof, including interior partitions, meaning one less trade on the job.
